a hidden gem offering a nice heated pool experience despite challenges with cleanliness and service

During my stay, I found the outdoor heated pool to be a delightful escape. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by unkempt rooms and slow service. Staff were friendly, but more attention to detail would enhance the stay.

The community feeling with dining options was enjoyable.

I encountered severe delays during check-in which left me feeling frustrated. Despite arriving at 3pm as instructed, the front desk informed me that my room was still not ready. I ended up waiting until 5:30pm, and the lack of communication regarding the delay was disappointing.

The exceptional support from Henry and Maria ensured a seamless experience during the workshop.

While the highway noise was manageable with a white noise generator, it still disrupted my sleep at times.

Solo traveler decent experience

The bed was comfortable, I slept better than I expected. The shower pressure was strong, which is essential after a long day.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was within reason.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free parking, a heated pool, and a fitness center. The staff assisted me with shopping recommendations on my first stay, and Henry's team ensures everything runs smoothly.

Clean rooms are top-notch with no dust or grime hiding in the corners. every fixture looks spotless. The bathrooms feature impressive showers with strong water pressure, providing a good refresh after a long day.

While the highway proximity makes getting around easy, it means highway noise can disrupt sleep, especially for light sleepers. The dining options didn't impress—breakfast prices exceeded the quality, making it feel overpriced. Plus, the bathroom layout could feel cramped for those used to more spacious options.

I loved the clean room and comfy beds, making it easy to relax after a long day. The essential oil-based bath products were a refreshing touch, and the shower felt great too. The A/C worked quietly which is a huge bonus, as I’ve had issues before with noisy units. My phone connected easily to the flat-screen TV for playing my own music. However, there were some downsides. I could hear the noisy freeway throughout the nights, which disturbed my sleep. Parking was easy, but the dining options looked quite limited. I also noticed while the bathroom was clean, the sink faucet had a constant drip that could get annoying. Overall, it was a decent stay with nice amenities and a pleasant atmosphere, but there’s definitely room for improvement in room features and food variety.

Free parking and 24-hour reception were convenient. The poolside snack bar had bland options.

The hotel offers a great value for business travelers, with large clean rooms and comfortable beds featuring excellent pillows. I appreciated the ample outlets for charging devices and a responsive TV with good variety. The cleanliness of the hotel stood out, and having a Starbucks coffee option in the bar area each morning added convenience to my stay. Additionally, the free parking was a significant benefit during my visit.

The staff were welcoming, but the room could use updates as it felt a bit dated. Options for light food were nice, but the selection overall left much to be desired, particularly during peak hours.

I had a great experience staying here! The cleanliness of my room was fantastic, and I truly enjoyed the relaxing ambiance of the pool and hot tub. On the downside, though, I struggled with some highway noise during the night. Overall, I'm looking forward to staying here again!
